Mermaids with vampire skin details

I just tried repairing the game, also with no luck. I suppose the next step will be completely reinstalling.

Edit: I can also use all the alien skin tones and even the vampire teeth on any mersim, the only things not showing is the skin details.

:( Have you tried editing one of the households (eg. caliente) from the menu rather than starting a new game? What about cloning/copying your sim in cas and seeing if the features show up for them the?. Just don't want you to have to uninstall your game just yet!

Just tried both and nothing. :( The strangest thing is it all shows up fine on vampires, but even mermaids uploaded to the gallery that have used vampire details, will have them removed if I download them.

I don't know why I didn't think to delete the cache before... I will try that! If that doesn't work, well, I guess I will have to try reinstalling. Thank you so much for trying to help!

Did you manage to fix it? I'm having the exact same problem.
