Missing Interactions <figured it out nm>

I am curious if it is just me or not. I just updated, repaired the game, removed my mods, and cleared my cache, which are the steps I do for every game update, yet the only romantic interaction I can access is the ask woohoo preferences and romantic preferences, nothing else. This is in a save I just made yesterday.
