Missing objects in gallery downloads because of not owning all packs

I know for a fact I have had items replaced. In wedding venue, what someone made for me by my request, used chairs from Deluxe edition. Those were converted to basegame chairs in my game. this was before MWS.

now, at these days I also get only empty space in houses what use stuff i don't have, it must of changed at some point.
