Looking at the pics in the blog, I find the specific items pretty boring, bland, and unattractive, and I don't think I'd use most of them for my sims of any gender identity or orientation. I don't really need more sweaters or ugly pants for any of my sims.

Anyway, that's just my opinion. I can see other people in this thread do like the items, and I hope people will enjoy it. I just don't think it's for me. But maybe I will change my mind when we see the full item list.

That's totally fine. It's absolutely no issue to say "This just isn't for me". Personally I think this kit does a fantastic job of fulfilling a niche playstyle/want and that's why it wasn't a base game update because not everyone wants to see men in skirts in their games.

Take Skyrim for example. Am I going to play a stealth archer every freaking time? Absolutely. Do I want that to be the only option? Absolutely not.

And you know what else Skyrim has? Dragons.
