- Dang y'all you can be upset about all the skirts without being weird about it. Is it annoying that in a game so lacking in masculine styles of clothing (that the community has been begging for more of for years), that a masculine centered pack has lots of skirts and florals? Yeah. But to take it to complaining about men wearing skirts in general is weird and wrong and agenda-pushing is, well, ?...
I agree with what someone said earlier. I feel like they're trying to make a male centered pack but still have it appeal to a female audience to get that $$$. All I want are nice pants that don't cut above the ankles. Especially with formal pants, please, my male sims are freezing and they look silly with their socks showing.
I'm mostly upset about the style chosen for this pack. Again, since this game is so lacking in good masculine clothing options, it's kind of frustrating to get a couture style pack. I just want some plain clothes... Another kit I guess I'll be skipping out on. "invisiblgirl;c-18009883" wrote:

Time to start searching for a David Rose sim. ?

This outfit sold me on the kit.
Yes, I thought this entire outfit was brilliant as well, including the pants and the boots. I can see this working quite well with a few different types, and especially with a type of band. Can we have bands as well, please? Pretty please?
Unfortunately, this is, however, the only set I really liked judging by the images I’ve seen of the kit so far. But nice for those who like it and who’ve been waiting for something like this and a little sad for those of us who, from the title, were hoping for something else. Let’s hope what each of us hope to get will be included in a celebration of selves next time - or the time after that ;)- LiELF4 years agoLegend

Okay devs. Now you've done it. You're just going to have to give us an extra masculine Werewolf pack with manly clothing and varieties of manly body hair/fur and manly facial hair and manly kicker boots and flannels and torn clothing and animal hides and manly tee shirts with the sleeves rolled and manly full length jeans of different fits and manly eyebrows and manly tattoos.
And that goes for the women in the pack too. ? ?
What if we want all this but w/o the werewolves ?? I know this is a joke but i want those things without the occult part...?
Well...don't get bit, of course.
In standard Werewolf lores, they're usually bitten or born into it, so if the game keeps autonomous biting out of it, (which I'm sure they would,) they needn't be a bother. But it would be kind of cool if Devs decided to offer just the CAS and B/B assets of Occult GPs in a separate Stuff Pack so there's no more fighting between players. The "repackaging" is all digital anyway so it wouldn't be a huge hassle to do, I don't think. Body and facial hair in general should be patched in and the extra furry looks could be pack exclusive.
Or, you know, we could just get a separate "Man Cave" Stuff Pack with traditional masculine clothing and designs, *cough* like we should have ages ago *cough*. I mean, masculine male, whether straight, gay or otherwise, is still a valid and common identity, last I checked. B) - evilpoptart854 years agoRising VanguardTo be clear, I am all for an individual's right to be whoever they want to be in life. The same goes for dressing however they want also. However, this pack does not appeal to me AT ALL. I will not be buying this pack. They're overpriced anyways.

I feel like they included skirts so they could add something for female sims. Like some men can and do wear skirts, but the "pushing boundaries" angle is just an excuse to include clothing meant to appeal to girls in this menswear pack. Regular menswear fashion is severely underdeveloped in this game, especially stuff that isn't runway chic or basic as heck.
Honestly, I don't get the appeal from the screenshots. The skirts are basic as hell, and I already have men in better-looking skirts in my game. I kinda like that yellow sweater, but everything else looks basic. (I know I'm using this word a lot, but you get me right?) I guess I could download this pack if I want my game to generate a bunch of male townies in skirts.
I agree with this, I have one crossdresser in my game and considering the size of the population there is ahrdly room for more. But the risk that it generates a lot of male Sims going around in skirts and also the fact that my own Sims sometimes dress in other then designed clothing I would have to risk to see for example Bob Pancakes in a short skirt, something that can not be unseen."LiELF;c-18010067" wrote:

Yes this is what I had in mind when I initially heard of a mens kit!- EA_Cade4 years agoCommunity ManagerHey all,
I've just removed some posts here and in the interest of transparency I'm posting here to clear some things up:
"I don't like men in skirts" = Post away, this is fine feedback.
"I don't like men in skirts because that's wrong" = Nope, not gonna fly here my guy.
"This is the X agenda!" = Just don't. If you use the "agenda" buzzword here I'm most likely going to end up removing your post.
That being said, I want to thank all of you in this thread for some truly fantastic feedback that I will share with the game team on the lack of more traditional male fashion choices and the desire many of you have to see them implemented.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk. - My post was deleted and it didn't fit any of the referred ?
