Thanks, that makes me slightly optimistic. Was just wondering if the right NPC bartender and librarian would show up if I moved the lots or if it's random. The largest lot of taken up by the relatively small bar and I have my eyes on it for a build myself if it's definitely fine to move it.
Actually, the bar also has the werewolf hideout. You can certainly still move it (the hideout itself isn't required for anything as far as I can tell) but don't let the relative emptiness of the lot fool you.
That lot is like the rest of Moonwood Mill, there's more to it than meets the eye. The whole world is great metaphor for being a werewolf, there's many secrets and so much going on under the surface or just out of sight.
