There is already a lot we can do in-game, actually. We can let them Sims dislike any kind of physical contact, there is the Loner trait, and the socially awkward one as well, and an unflirty trait.
But yes, a dislike for busy and loud places (when too much people are talking, added by loud music... just too much noise sources) and sensitivity would be nice, even though I might not use that in-game, because I have these problems in real life.
