@Lenny_Ogg Yes, Jeb H. is quite good looking once he gets that stupid bag off his head. I somehow hadn’t realised that Kiyoshi was a townie and not a randomly generated student. So many of my NPCs have those snowy escape names. Currently my Sim Casie is good friends with Jeb and flirting with Kiyoshi, so I like them too!

Thanks for the tip about the treehouse. Will probably invest in one once my Sims mum is back from the clink (aka abducted by aliens scenario).
