That's not even to close to true as it varies greatly pack by pack. TS3: Movie Stuff for example has over 100 items.

H&M has 19 objects, 5 floors, 7 wallpapers for a total of 31 B/B items. Last time I checked H&M doesn't sell things like windows, doors, floors and walls so they aren't any different from the objects in Moschino Stuff.
