I don't know if you mean the resolution of the game. I have it on the highest and all the graphic options are on high too.
This is what one of the photos looks like as a screenshot. I thought it would look like that as a photo too.. Also I can't see any options to change the size of pictures when I click on them. I can only change the colour of the frame.
