Move the Cakes, Pies, & Cookies to Baking

The baking skill comes from Get To Work so although it makes sense to me too... they would have to "give" that skill away to people that didn't buy that expansion in order to do that. I'd be fine with that personally but I doubt everyone would be. People have to be able to "cook" cakes at least to age up sims.
