Moving Household and keeping your restaurant

I have moved once and lost my restaurant. Is there a way to move my family to a new household and still keep my restaurant.

Could you trying selling the restaurant to a sim, then move your family/sim into the new restaurant owners family then deleting the sim that is not yours?
