I wouldn't mind some apartments, rather than another unusable shell building. It even looks like there are fake apartment shells by the river.
I wish townies could live in those shell buildings and leave the buildable lots for playable sims.

I think that's what the empty lot at the top of the mountain is for. A nice, peaceful hotel to lose your mind into. :lol: I wonder if we can change it into a rental type lot and get to it from the phone travel interaction. I think a temple/inn would also work nicely on that lot, a place where sims could rest after the climb and also learn some meditation skills.
