Actually, that needs to change somehow.
I'm doing an experiment where I replace all the beds in university housing with murphy beds and have my sims go through the college with the risk of death. However, this is ruined by roommates who open all the beds because they just can't stand closed beds. This has already caused two deaths (both saved with pleading) and my sims can't focus on their homework.
