Yes, you go to the spots in the ocean and click to dive. You go underwater and can collect shells, fish, and other things. You can come in contact with the shark that can attack you. If your sim doesn't go up when the oxygen level is low, the sim will die. Also, your sim can meet mermaids underwater. It had caves to go in like rabbit holes kind of like the mosuleums at the cemeteries. I loved it along with houseboats and the ability to make your own resort and run it.
