Funny, I usually only make slim, athletic, lean, and/or muscular sims in cas, and it surprises me how they never seem to gain any (fat) weight. I have seen sims lose some muscle definition if they don't work out for a while, but I've never seen one grow fat. Getting fat is also hard in this game.
