A lot, if not most, of the time by the time my in-game born male sims become teens they're "deformed" in some way. Really tiny or huge feet, really skinny bodies, sometime they have "feminine-like" hips too. I always go into CAS, click on the little arrow next to the die, un-check everything then check the box next to body and click on the die. I keep clicking on it until I get one that I like. I have one male sim right now that I decided to leave as is. I'm itching to "fix" him, but I'm fighting it so maybe I can see how his kids turn out.
This rarely happens with my female sims. When it does, it's usually just in their feet.
This could be because of the way I'm using one of the mods that I have in my game, but it could also be the genetics of the NPC sims or it could be both.
I've never used Joaquin Le Chein though.
