My sim isn't giving birth!
Eliza Pancake is pregnant and she is in labour, but she has been in labour for 4 sim days now and that was after she went through 3 trimesters. I feel like she is never giving birth.

I had this problem too, yesterday. Even though there was a bassinet. Must be some sort of bug. Her sister was pregnant too and they were in labour at the same time - they live in the same house. There were muliple bassinets. Her sister gave birth but she didn't, day after day. She even went to work and came back, but still no baby.
What solved it for me was when I went into build mode and moved the bassinet that had automatically been provided. It seems she was blocked from accessing it. I don't get why, there was plenty of room to have it in a place where she could easily access it, normally the game automatically places it so there's access. Not sure what went wrong there and never had this problem before, even when multiple sims are in labout at the same time.
