As @SeaDragonSong mentions, using that cheat is not an option anymore. This thread is really old and some info is now outdated, so I'm closing it.
@GamerAlways welcome to the forums! If after playing a few more days your Sim doesn't have its baby, and taking them to the hospital is not helping, I'd recommend removing your mods if you are using any. If your Sim is still not having the baby, you might want to open your own new thread here. Try to give some details on what you have tried so far or what's exactly going on.
