Okay, just went back to the game.
Now he won't do practically anything! He will wash his hands and brush his teeth so I managed a workaround for the smelliness. He needed sleep but would only nap on the bed (sleep he got in and immediately got out). His bars are now all green but he now won't program on the computer or play computer games, just sits down and stands up again!
