It looks like a new bug that I only noticed today after the new patch. When my sim was sitting on the toilet I saw smoke coming out of the toilet and the toilet is on first floor. From the ground floor I could see fire burning on top of the ceiling where the toilet is !!! It happened several times already. It is hilarious. Have you experienced this ?

I'm seeing this with my Sim too. About half the time she uses the toilet there's a fireball under her butt.

I've only been playing with female sims since the patch and the toilet's on the first floor so I cant check from below but I thought the smoke was from a new toilet I'm using (from tiny living i believe) but I guess it's this! That's too funny

This is cracking me up! I wonder if it is bugging because one of the upgrades is a composting toilet. If you don't get the compost out, it could explode... at least that is what it said when I hovered over the bubble. lol!

The other day Bambuka555 (I think I got that right) started a post about this titled “You Noticed That” which discussed this very same thing. And I’ve seen it mentioned in a couple of other threads. The strange thing is that after about 6 posts EA_Mai shut it down saying bugs should be reported in the bugs section not here. I see threads on here all the time discussing bugs. No one was arguing or being offensive. I don’t understand why that post was closed yet all these others are allowed to continue. Does anyone else think it’s strange?

I’m on my phone so I don’t know how to post a link to the thread I’m referring to but it’s only a few pages back if anyone cares to look. Maybe someone else can see something I missed.
