My Sims are Sick Constantly

The past few days my Sims have been sick constantly. Has anyone else noticed this? I play with 2 mods...mccc and Slice of life. It’s only the last few days it’s been happening. Any thoughts?

Are vaccinations part of the mod, or is it possible to get vaccinations with the vanilla game?
