My sims clone got her pregnant

How do you get rid of your sims clone? I went to check on my elderly sims family and the daughter popped up pregnant. She mastered sorcery and made a clone. My clone is clapping it up raw with random sims. And my main sim ended up pregnant. She is a loyal sim. She DOESNT CHEAT. Now her kids have random half siblings.
