My Sim's Maid Is Stuck In The Household

Question

The maid was stuck in my Sims household even if my Sim's character already fired her and even called to cancel the service. The maid can roam around the first floor of the house mainly in the living room, can talk to other Sims and even watch television but it cannot do any other things. What is happening and how can I let go of the maid?

Tried to reset her?

(make sure you have "testingcheats true" turned on)

Press and hold "SHIFT" then click on the Maid. There should be a "reset object" (or something like that) in the list.

Click the "reset" option which should fix the Maid, and (hopefully) she'll leave.

Did you make sure that the door was unlocked? Also you can try traveling to another lot to see if that will make her leave.

I had the same problem with the gardener. I fired him checked back then had 5 of them stuck. hope you wont have the same problem
