It usually pops up in the friendly social. It’s the first thing I see
I wonder if one of my mods is blocking it because I don't see it at all in my game.
@Aeroprincess87 Mine popped up with the socials, but I can't remember if I had to announce the engagement to the Sim first. If you open up the wedding event through the calendar, you might be able to select someone there as well.
