Just two reminders to put here.
1. Your sims can already renew their vows by clicking on a wedding arch. However, this pack will also improve that (this means that the couple walks towards the wedding arch).
Edit. It turns out that you can also throw a vow renewal ceremony event in the pack. That is new.
2. Sims can already call off weddings. When your sim is getting married, you can click on them before they exchange vows. You can have them exchange vows immediately or call off the wedding.
However, The Sims Community has noticed some new nails and rings coming to the game. Though much there is speculation, which won't fit here.
