I liked GTW when it was first released but also hated, hated the linear play. With these mods, one task fills up bar and for the rest of the shift your sim can do what they like...great for getting promoted. In the medical career, there's no more guessing and endless testing to come to a diagnosis, there is a guaranteed diagnosis after checking their temp. :D Most of my sims are either scientists or doctors and I can love GTW again. I don't know if there is ever going to be a mod for the detective career, never cared for that one anyway.
