https://youtu.be/31g0YE61PLQOh well, it's not too horrible and it will allow me to keep playing as I was currently not playing TS4 and had moved back to TS3 for some really great nostalgic game play with some favorite TS3 sims.
I thought Get Famous would not be much use to me because most of my main sims are toddlers, children and Teens.
However, I do have this nice tidbit:
Each Sim who lives in Del Sol Valley has a Public Image, which is a combination of Reputation and Celebrity Level. As their Celebrity Level rises, they’ll earn Fame Points, unlock perks, and gain benefits like slipping past the velvet rope at the hottest spot in town. There are many ways to earn points and get perks. Your Sim can perform music or jokes at open mic night, donate to their favorite charity, get an A-lister to hang out with them (fingers crossed!), or even be the child of famous parents.

I've always felt she was the supermodel type, but fame is going to have to wait because she is still a toddler at the moment.
It looks like acting will be her road to fame however.

Fortunately, I can focus on her parents being famous through their current careers, and it will give Kara a leg up on being famous herself.
So, it looks like I can keep playing with more content to keep me going. But a year or more for University? Sheesh!
