Need help with last spells to be learned (solved thank you )

Question

My sim I am playing is a Spellcaster living away from people teaching herself magic. She experimented on the cauldron and practiced the three different types of magic. She has unlocked all of the perks but still can't learn the last spell from each magic type. It keeps on saying she has to level up, but she can't anymore. I play vanilla game, so no mods or cc. I own all the stuff, game and expansion packs. My game is updated to the last pack and my computer is more than sufficient to handle the game its an alienware gaming laptop. Please advice on how to learn those last spells. Here is some pics to explain my dilemma to you all :)

The last spell from each school must be learned from the respective sages.

There is a glitch I've heard of where even if you have the right level and the right friendship level they won't teach you, but usually going up a level/overmaxing fixes this. (I can't be certain, because I've never had that glitch.)

Thank you very much @DaWaterRat . My sim had to unfortunately leave her house to learn the last spells, but she now knows them all :) I had to ask the sages to learn an ultimate spell, so its not a normal spell the last one.

I will sent her to the realm and see if I can learn the last three spells from the sages. Hope I don't have the glitch especially since everything is allready to the max as it is ;) Yeah, it's mildly annoying.  There aren't even tomes for the last spells in the Showhiddenobjects, so you can't even get around it that way.  (I'm sure there's a cheat to add it, but I don't know it.)
