Needing Help Creating No CC/Gallery Art

Hello all, so I typically only build using items found in game or up on the gallery. However, with this comes a problem; a lot of the gallery art for businesses is in English. I personally do not like using English text in my game, so I tried making my own No CC/Gallery art. All of the tutorials I found are 5+ years old and at this point obsolete. The Set Filters on Paintings mod I downloaded did not change the blobbi-ness of the painting, and thus I am now back to square one. I made my own Simlish version of the Olive Garden sign, if there is anyone who might be able to help me I would appreciate it. Either by linking me to a newer tutorial or a mod that could help with the lighting/blob issue I am having. Much appreciated because I have tried multiple Sims4 Facebook pages and nobody seems to know how to solve the issue.
