White screen when loading to cas
I've been going through my mods as I haven't played in almost a year fixed all my mods even more columns, traits,mc command, and ww. Even cleaned out over 2k of my cc trying to fix it. But it's still just getting me stuck on a white screen trying to get me into cas. Any ideas?
Game won't open
I've played the Sims 4 for years with mods, and my game has been destroyed after the recent update. After the big update, I updated every mod like usual, but the game still wouldn't open. I had to force quit it because it would say it was not "responding." So I reinstalled every mod and CC I had, and it still wouldn't open. I updated my computer, but it still wouldn't open. I repaired the game several times, and after all that, it finally opened. So I thought it was good. I played for a while, then left and went to play again, and it said that the game wasn't responding again. I tried about eight times, but it still wasn't working. And I don't even think it's the mods anymore because it worked once with all of the mods installed. I uninstalled the game from the EA app, reinstalled it, repaired it twice, and restarted my computer, which worked. I don't know what's happening, but I have to do that every time I want to play. Does anybody have any ideas about what is going on? P.S. I have barely any mods that would affect the UI, I mostly have CC. And I know for a fact all of my mods are updated.
For Rent Infinite Loading Screen.
I have a Residental Rental lot and I've decorated the place with furntiure cc. Ever since the October 22nd update I've been having infinite loading screens and it's because of the Residental Rental lots. I found out it was the cc thats been causing it. When I first found out I removed the cc that had been causing that glitch and everything was fine. A day or 2 later it happened again and again and again. 2 days before the day I'm writing this, I went to Sims 4 Studio and updated all my furniture and it worked till now. Looks like theres another furntiure cc causing me problems again. I havent downloaded any furniture, even before the October 22nd update. I'm asking the EA to please fix this. I got the For Rent pack not to long ago just for my new save file now it's causing me problems. Great. Why is it always something going on in the Sims, please fix your game!! This just had to happen with my save file that I'm most passionate about.🤦♀️
Highschool toggle
Hey, I´m searching for a mod or cheat to toggle the Highschool. To be more precise: I want my Teen Sim to go to school, but i find it anyoing to tell them everyday to go alone. I dont want them to drop out and i love the build items from highschool years. Is there a way to disable Highschool without droping out from it?
Not Responding Glitch
my sims game has been doing this glitch where when loading in it freezes, and if I try and click anywhere the screen goes white and it pops up “the sims 4 is not responding” “report this issue to windows”- “close the application”or something . I downloaded a lot of cc on the 27th, and I took all of it out, bc this glitch only started after that cc haul. I took EVERYTHING from the 27th out and the glitch keeps happening. weird thing is, I’ll think I fixed it bc the game will load every 10 times or so but it’s extremely irritating. I saw another person w this problem and they said the graphics card may be corrupted but I updated mine. The problem is with cc bc when I took out my entire folder it worked no problem. I’ve tried repairing the game, clearing cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling! the mod conflict isn’t showing anything. please help!
Updated and does not work
This morning I played TS and the game worked perfectly. In the afernoon I updated the game and the build mode does not work. If I click on the build mode there is no cathegories of "building a house or furniture". Also I noticed if I have a household of let's say 4 sims and I want to change the sim I am playing with the plumbob changes, but not the list of friends, needs, etc. Next thing I noticed is that when you actually play and you are switching the sims you can see that they are in some kind of square (when switching - the sim in the middle with black hair). And in cas it is similar. I have to click on the sim two times to change from one sim to another. Does anyone have the same problem? I tried to repair the game, but it didn't worked. Could it be wrongly updated?Can't re-enable mods
Please, help. After the 10/22/2024 update, I can't re-enable my mods. The "Gameplay" button in the Game Option is greyed out. I already made sure the GameVersion file is the same as the real Game Version. I even deleted the localthumbcache.package file, but nothing works. I can't play without the mods.
