I often use paranoid and erratic. Most of those Sims are quite funny to watch at times. I also like Evil and Hot-Headed. Gloomy is okay, I use it every now and then. I don't like Noncommittal - kinda annoying for Sims to change jobs and partners because they grow tense. Jealous Sims also are tense often that's annoying to deal with as well.
