Never go to a birthday party if you got invited

You would think it would be relatively simple to add a script that checks Sims for ones with upcoming birthdays, then checks your relationship with those Sims. If the relationship is high enough, you get invited. Very simple it seems, but Maxis is hell bent on cutting corners.
