Never go to a birthday party if you got invited

I'm not sure if they have fixed it or if the actually is a filter for some ages...? I got my first birthday invite from a child today and I know from the fact I played that child earlier that her birthday was approaching (got the notice). I'll investigate this more with future b-day invites. In my other game I got invites from adults and those were definitely random as I had just created them all.

Has anyone else gotten invites from children?
