I would like both. I miss cars from the sims 2. And if they do come out with cars, hope we can listen to the radio in them and they give a positive buff. We can teach our teenagers how to drive, we can work on and fix them up. And of course woo hoo or mess around ( teenagers ). In them. It would be nice if we could drive them out of a garage, or store them in our inventory. With get to work we could own a car dealership, a garage, and fast food store, and car wash lot would be nice. I too like the van idea, but I don’t think I would like it limited to one world because our worlds are so small.

I was thinking that too!

I think The sims needs a birthing ep. Or added in with updates to get to work or parenting .... something like pandasama has. Or just partner with pandasama since EA is gonna start selling some creator content packs. But the options I'm talking about are like home births i.e. water births. Or like ob appointments or lamaze classes. The pandasama site has mods for all this but you can use them on console. Definitely worth a collaboration to create some kind of pack for this stuff. Other than that I think maybe just work out the quirks and kinks of it all and get it as up to date as possible. Add more hairstyles for kids and for the black sims... things like that.
My favorite was the one with more activities and adventures for children.
Embark on life-changing adventures where children discover new hobbies through recreation and exploration activities that shape their future interests. Create your own sleepaway camp with beaches, lakes, rivers, and pools, where kids can socialize, play, and learn new skills under the care of lifeguards, camp counselors, and babysitters. Dive into endless water activities, uncover camp myths, discover new creatures, make lasting friendships, and develop hobbies to share with the whole family.

Hmm, that's a good point about werewolves. When I saw the word 'gritty' I thought of gritty drama, rather than the look. What I didn't want was the Sims to go down the route of hyper-realistic violence and gore, extremely depressing drama and traumatic themes, which is what I associate with the gritty aesthetic.
When I think of cyberpunk, I mainly think of the clothing style and neon. I guess what I meant was I liked the visual aesthetic, but not a dystopian story.

It'd be a great pack to bring back Bigfoot. Imagine your kid finding and befriending Bigfoot, and then inviting him into your home.

A dystopian world brings beauty to a new world in the game. Mermaids and Merman are not always accepted a the normal sim world. You got to make that change in your game and express it. The Sea life and aliens need and demand more in this game. I can play and do whatever I want in sims 3 with MerLife (Mermaid/Man). You should be able to do the same in Sims 4. 🙂❤️
I love the sea Occults.

Bigfoot exist. In my neck of the woods people have seen them... him/her while camping.
They knew what the saw! No joke.👀😆
These are campers camping out in the rainforest.

my rankings:
-Open Ocean/Beach world
-Summercamp
-Van Life
-Archeology Museum
-Retro 80's/90's
-Criminal
-Cyberpunk City
-Monarchy
-Post Apocalyptic
we're quite alike but not in everything
Monarchy and especially Post Apocalyptic appeals to me the least out of all the Expansion Pack ideas survey - sailorleontine28 days agoSeasoned Ace
my rankings:
-Open Ocean/Beach world
-Summercamp
-Van Life
-Archeology Museum
-Retro 80's/90's
-Criminal
-Cyberpunk City
-Monarchy
-Post Apocalyptic
the pack ideas that appeals to me the most is the open ocean/beach one, i wished the pack idea came with island living though but i want more beach world either way
next up is Summercamp, i had an idea based on children and summercamp is one of them i've mentioned in this link can we have a school pack based on children? | EA Forums - 11172051 so if they create one it's a dream coming true, i think i should edit this idea and make a seperate topic for this, a few ideas based on little kids came out in "growing together" so i should create an updated version of this but i love to have packs based on little kids
i didn't knew what to think about the Van Life one but once it mentioned elder i was like "it's about time" i want more gameplay for them
unpopular opinion but i'd love to have an another beach pack and let it focus on little kids, going to a museum, get to know things about the past, and in the same link i've mentioned it says about doing "more outdoor activities for little kids" and the Archeology Museum pack is one of them, this match perfectly with this pack idea, same with going for a field trips that was mentioned on my list, i'd love if little kids collect new stuff that isn't in The Sims 4
i'd love the lifestyle of 80's/90's and stuff that isn't in this current year anymore, clothes shopping, game shopping, doing classic games, a game you have to do your activities outside the house, non-digital games for sure maybe it comes with a supermarket you have to buy food, it works perfectly with simple living (or whatever the home challenge is called) we need a game venue, we need newspaper, landphones, bookstore, clothes shopping, more freelance careers, hopefully it comes with multi-community lots this way with this Expansion Pack idea, we need more classic stuff that's mentioned in the survey, i love each ideas with this pack idea
we need more drama and chaos in this pack idea so i like this pack idea it's mentioned, we also need burglars back but i think this part comes in basegame, could this be a hint there's gonna be a pack in like a year or 2? just a thought but this match perfectly with burglars, we just need a trait that's a mix with nosy and kleptomaniac traits so we will only have to click on 1 personality trait with so limited slots like maybe a "sneaky" personality trait or something? we need more bad traits for sure and a mean category aspiration
i quite like the next idea based on Cyberpunk going to the future, it's the complete opposite of the 80/90's retro pack but i love both ideas, we need a futuristic world in a pack since we have none in The Sims 4, i remembered awhile back you could vote between the castle kit and the futuristic kit, we eventually got the castle one last year but maybe we can get a futuristic building in this expansion pack idea, we need more diversity so i'm definitely in for this pack idea, i just hope if we do get a career it's an active one like in "Get To Work" and one in "Life And Death" packs, i'd love a complete futuristic world in this pack
the other 2 appeals to me the least because we already have a castle kit so no need for a monarchy Expansion Pack idea, the only reason i might consider getting this pack is for decade or legacy challenge or for an older traditional stuff and i think it mentions fashion but i think fashion needs a seperate pack for it, adding pets is also a terrible idea in my opinion, i'm somehow interested in this but that's only maybe for the walls, floors, CAS and furnitures items
the worse of them all in my opinion is the Post Apocalyptic, i honestly really think it should be in a spin-off game (just like the castaway one in The Sims 2 for examble) rather than in the Sims 4 in itself
my main priority is the open ocean/beach one because we need more beach worlds followed by Summercamp and The Van packs
