I mean, I wouldn't say either of those things because mixing German and English is something I only do under duress, but if my life depended on it, I'd go with with "der Quest". I can't play games in German though because it looks and sounds wrong and makes me miserable, so perhaps "die Quest" is what is more common in gaming. Either way "Der Entdeckungsquest" would bother me too, just for slightly different reasons, I suppose. Glad I don't have to deal with it. :)
