New Patch Update cause sims to be mean again for no reason Xbox and Playstation players affected too

I updated last night and played for an hour or two. So far I have the opposite problem: no one in the household did mean interactions at all, including the evil sim in the household who normally does mean interactions autonomously. This is very odd.
