It's a bear in the shape of a tooth. I think it's referring to the "molar bear" pun popular with children's dentists. The crown makes me think of the tooth fairy.
I wonder if the "molar bear-y" will be an NPC that comes with the EP, like how imaginary friends came with Generations in TS3.
