*whisper quietly* There's a mod that unlocks them so the time limit is removed and you can do them any time. Shhhh, don't tell anyone.
Oh yeah. Thanks! I remember someone mentioning that mod in another discussion.- It's an inducement to make a new character sometime in the next three weeks. A gentle encouragement we can take or not. I'm sure it'll bring a few people's attention back to the game.
- elliebreton3 years agoSeasoned AceLol. Was it even worth them making this a scenario? What will they think of next? How about "New Parent, New Job - raise a baby through to teen and then start a new career"... ?
I mean, come on EA, show a bit more imagination! - Kita53993 years agoNew Spectator

LOL, followed by “create Sim, move them into a lot”. :D
I really want to give these a chance, but this is just silly IMO. There is so much potential with these, I just wish they would up their game a bit. Hopefully they will get some useful feedback from the survey they have going, the community is so creative might as well use the inspiration. - That sounds way too easy. They really put no effort into these Scenarios :/
- I'm going to pause my current family and add a few new households to the neighborhood. I'm thinking apartment living in San Myshuno because I have no families there.

Yeah, I'm sure people have played the game a lot and done these things hundreds of times already?
Sometimes me trying to play the sims4 is reminding me of the old phrase "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". "logion;c-18034613" wrote:

Maybe with the next iteration we'll get the chance to experience multiple unexpected outcomes. :)- logionX3 years agoSeasoned Hotshot

We kinda already can, like when you and other people are being creative (which I wish I could be). With different content we can create different outcomes as players. The sims4 is a sandbox. But "reach level 3 in a career" is such a basic goal for me. It's why adventure games don't have "start with point A and go to point B" they are hiding that behind different outcomes that you can create as a player...
I got nothing against people having fun with scenarios... but for me it feels like it's Maxis giving me the same goal and sandbox and it's up to me, not the game to not end up with the same results.
Sorry, I didn't mean to rant, scenarios are clearly not meant for me. - VWoodsong3 years agoSeasoned ObserverI may try this one if I need a remedy for insomnia before the time limit runs out.
Yes, I'm joking.
