New Secret Sci-Fi Outfit in CAS

I updated my game from Jan 14, 2025. I had aged up my child sim to a teen and found him wearing this outfit in CAS. I've been playing this game since 2014 and have all packs and I don't recall ever seeing this outfit.

This outfit looks very much like the outfit Emit Relevart from Sims 3: Into the Future wore. It's not an exact copy, but the shades of dark blue with a teal blue coloring, the bowtie and of course the glasses make it seem like a reference. This seems to be a hidden outfit (like Grim's outfit) as I can't find it anywhere in CAS (it won't show up as an option despite being "selected"). I'm curious if this is in part to the February update coming or the 25th celebration. Thought it was interesting to add and wondered if anyone else has encountered this outfit.
