New Sims in the gallery and why this whole story thing is half baked.

I have two Sims as cousins who care deeply about each other, so one hugged the other. The game decided that was romantic and gave them a pink bar. I changed them to siblings so I wouldn't have to deal with that again. And I'm tired of seeing the option for my Sim to flirt with her beloved father-in-law. More relationship options would be fantastic!
