New Skill - Doing the dishes

A general chores skill would be welcome (especially because it could open the doors to window cleaning, vacuuming and lawn mowing). Low skill sims would drop and break plates during dish washing, high skill sims would do it faster. For laundry the chance to break the washer/dryer could be tied to the chores skill. I also have too much fun imagining a low skill sim getting pulled behind a lawnmower that's gone haywire. High skill sims would probably ride that thing like cowboys.
