New to TS4 Rotational play 2022; Anything unexpected to be aware of?

I play with aging off and only age them when I am ready, so far have only aged some babies to toddler stage. :) All of my households were started from CAS and are unrelated to each other, but through gameplay they have come to know and befriend each other. So, occasionally I get those phone calls from story progression. Hey, I am thinking about changing my job, what do you think? Hell no, you are not changing your job! Other than that, I love seeing my other sims around town and what they get up to when I am not playing them.
