New Update: Neighborhood Stories

As long as it can be 100% turned off, I don't care. I don't like random changes happening in my game without my input, so neighbourhood stories aren't for me. Perhaps I'll give them a try the next time I start a new save I am not attatched to and wouldn't mind messing up, but as my current save is three years old and well-established, the last thing I need is random sims moving into houses not meant for them and overflooding the world with unwanted and unneeded kids and pets.
