I've assumed the new world wont be super big, because they've mentioned it has two residential neighbourhoods. Neighbourhoods generally have five lots each and following the pattern this world would likely have less than 20, even with commercial neighbourhood/potential special lots added. It would still be bigger than Magnolia Promenade or Forgotten Hollow and perhaps bigger than Newcrest (15 lots). I think the guru scale for describing world size is simply "small"/"big".
