Well it's beautiful and it looks a lot like LA, but one of LA's main characteristics is how giant and spread out it is, especially to me, as I live in Paris, and next to LA, Paris is tiny !! And here there are only 11 lots, the residential neighborhoods should have more lots than that.
Also I am disappointed that there is no cinema/movie theater venue.
Is the beach accessible (to fish, at least) ?
