New World Plot Sizes - Are you kidding me!?!?!?

Why on earth have the new world's largest plot sizes occupied by a family? Seriously? Cottage Living has a single 64 x 64 plot, and the Watson family owns it. Tartosa has a single 50 x 50 plot and ...

I tend to bulldoze the 50x50 lots and the 64x64 lots because it feels like my loading times are faster if I don't have any large houses on those lots. I don't know if it's true, but it feels like the game loads better without having those lots.
