New World Plot Sizes - Are you kidding me!?!?!?

Why on earth have the new world's largest plot sizes occupied by a family? Seriously? Cottage Living has a single 64 x 64 plot, and the Watson family owns it. Tartosa has a single 50 x 50 plot and ...

It's my game, so I-the-Player/Watcher own all the lots in it. Besides, I don't care about the pre-mades, which is why I delete most of them from most of my saves, anyway. But if I did care enough to keep them and too much to evict them, I'd be annoyed, too.
