New World Plot Sizes - Are you kidding me!?!?!?

Why on earth have the new world's largest plot sizes occupied by a family? Seriously? Cottage Living has a single 64 x 64 plot, and the Watson family owns it. Tartosa has a single 50 x 50 plot and ...

I think the very simple reason for this is that they don't want their worlds to look empty or unfinished on release.
I'm personally more bothered when they have Community Lots with more than one bar, wedding arch etc. in the game or in general lots that are not build with actual gameplay in mind.
