New World Plot Sizes - Are you kidding me!?!?!?

I'd actually prefer to have more smaller lots - the 20 x 15 for example. I like building starter homes & think that it's unrealistic for Sims moving into their first home to be living on a huge block. I also miss being able to place lots into the world so that you have can have a variety of buildings making up a community.
